Our team, with the assistance of duly admitted attorneys and notaries, ensures that your antenuptial contract is prepared, duly notarised and registered in the deeds office efficiently and expediently.
HOW IT WORKS
We take the hassle and fuss out of your antenuptial contract- in 3 easy steps…
STEP 1:
Complete the form – you can either complete it via our online shop over here or you can download the PDF and email the completed document to us with a copy of you and your Fiance’s Identity documents or passports and proof of residence. Make the payment to us by EFT(electronic funds transfer).
STEP 2:
Once the payment is reflecting in our account, we will draft your Antenuptial Contract and email it to you within 24 business hours. You and your future spouse will duly sign the Power of Attorney and Draft Antenuptial contract and return the original documents to us via courier (these courier costs will be for your account) or you can hand deliver the original documents to us.
STEP 3:
Upon receipt of the original documentation, we will arrange for the execution thereof before a duly practising and admitted Notary Public who will also ensure that your Antenuptial Contract is registered in the Deeds office. We will courier (these costs are added in when you make payment) the registered Antenuptial Contract to you or you can arrange to collect the same.
WHAT IT COSTS
Our total fees are R1650 which includes the deeds office fee of R445. This fee includes everything that is required to provide you with a duly registered antenuptial contract.
*This excludes any consultation with an attorney or the costs of any special provisions or complicated estates. Should you wish to consult with an attorney, we can arrange the same for you.
**this excludes courier costs to send you the registered antenuptial contract should you choose not to or are unable to collect the same.
***we do charge a surcharge of R50 for any cash deposits.
